Prema Shanti Yoga offers opportunities for yoga classes and workshops at your place of employment.  Classes can be sponsored by companies (employers) or employees.  We can arrange for morning, lunchtime or another time that would best fit your work schedules.  Classes are offered throughout the Westchester County area of New York.

Onsite yoga class fees range from $125 to $150 per class or a minimum of $10/student 
Workshops fees depend on length of workshop and location.
