How to Register(Membership): Register by choosing a class(es), time that works for you- See Schedule for number of times class will be held and fee. Print and Complete Registration Form on this website and submit with payment by cash or check. We also accept payments by Visa or MasterCard charge/debit cards- Call to pay by phone.
Class Membership Series Payment Policy:
To Attend Classes Membership is offered for a Series of Classes.
Class series will be prorated for late registration.
We do not offer refunds on the purchase of any class series and/or missed classes.
Class series may not be shared. There are no drop-in or single classes. Trial Classes are offered for new students at intervals throughout the year.
Class series will not be pro-rated for missed classes. There are no transfers or substitutions.
Up to two(2) Makeups permitted per series/registered class when notified in advance by call/email/in-person of intention to miss a class. Makeups must be scheduled in advance with director - No Drop-In Makeups/ No Rescheduled Makeups. Makeups for no shows/no calls- no notification will not be permitted.
There are no extensions for missed classes. You are encouraged to make up missed classes by the end of the series and at the discretion of the Director of Prema Shanti Yoga. Prema Shanti Yoga cannot be responsible for providing additional make-ups or issuing any credit for classes missed as a result of scheduling conflicts, vacations, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Private/ Thai Yoga Sessions: All sessions are scheduled in advance. A credit card is required to reserve appointments. There is a 24hour cancellation policy/No show charge policy- Cancellations must be called in a minimum of 24hrs in advance of session start time. Students who have not arrived within 15minutes of start of scheduled session time will be deemed as no show and/or called 24hrs in advance to cancel a session will be charged in full for scheduled session, No Exceptions.
Gift Certificates: Same policy as stated above from the dates provided on certificate/class series, private/thai yoga sessions.
Quick Guidelines for Participating in Yoga Practice
- Come to Class with an Open Mind and Heart, Empty Stomach/Hydrated
- Take responsibility for your yoga practice. What you put into your practice is what you will recieve in return
- Arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time, classes begin promptly
No entry latecomers.
- Notify teacher of any health concerns prior to start of each class.
- Bring yoga mat, bottled water. Wear comfortable layered clothing.
Mats, blankets, blocks, pillows are available for your convenience.
- No Cell Phones, coversations remain outside the yoga room- practice mindfulness
- Consider beginning a home practice to compliment your class learning and increase the benefits
- Consider taking private yoga sessions to identify and discuss concerns
